We believe in a personal service and you are not buying from a faceless distribution company on an industrial estate.  The Dorset Garden Party is a small family run business and we care about our customers.

We hope that the gifts and garden goods that you purchase from us will fulfil your expectations.  Should any product be defective we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the first instance in the unlikely event of your purchase being faulty please write or email us and we will give your concerns our fullest attention.
